Notice for Booking and Visiting

Step 1:  Please check dog size

Small: weight < 10 kg

              high < 30 cm

 

Medium : Weight 11- 20 kg

          high 31-45cm

 

Large   weight: 21-30 kg

          high: 45-60 cm

 

Giant weight >30kg

         high >60 cm

 

Step 2: Make a Booking

  • chose which service you needed

  • All baths include nail clip

  • De-moult is a removal of most of the dead undercoat of your pets' fur using various tools and techniques. This helps with your pets natural cooling and heating system.

  • Tidy: We will clip Paw pad, Perianal area, Groin area, clean eye corner, and tidy face short.

  • Any double coat dog need clip coat to short please booking Full Grooming.

  • For Full Grooming: Short cut (Summer cut) is 1.5 mm-9.6mm, Long Cut is 10mm-25mm

  • If booking multiple pets, each pet needs its own appointment or select multiple services.

  • All prices and time duration are a base price and duration and are subject to change due to actual size, temperament and coat condition of your pet. Please double confirm with our staff when you drop your pet.

  • Booking use pet's FULL name + owner's phone number

  • You will receive a text message confirming that you have made an appointment, and One day before the appointment you will get the conformation request text, and before 4 hours you will get reminder message.

  • you can change or cancel your appointment before 24 hours, if you cancel in 24 hours or No Show, we will charge you 50% of service price cancellation/ No Show fee. 

  • you cannot change the pre-paid appointment online, please call us. 

Step 3: Drop and Pick up

  • On your booking date please coming on time, if need over 10 mins late please call us. If you are 30mins late and do not notify us, will mark you as No Show. We will charge you 50% of service price as No Show Fee, and you will have a warning on your file, upon your next appointment booking you will have to pay the Full Groom Fee Prior to Appointment.

    You can drop your pet earlier, but we will service he/she on your booking time, for example, your booking is on 10 am, you can drop your pet before 10am, but we will start at 10am.

  • When you drop your pet our staff will check his/her coat condition and ask grooming request, and double comfier contact number.

  • During the grooming if too matted and cannot meet your requirements we would give you text message, if you allowed to cut the matte, we would give him/her short cut, or if you want to keep the coat long, we will surcharge you de-matting fee which is 1min/1 dollar. 

  • We have right to refuse or not complete a groom should the dog or cat become too Aggressive or overly stressed; we still charge a groom fee.

  • We will send a text message 15-20 mins before he/she ready.

  • When you come to pick him/she up, we will let him/she is walking around in the fence and put collar or harnesses on (if have). At same time please check his/her coat condition is satisfactory.

  • Then our staff will bring him/her to you and ask you to check closely whether his/ her coat length or style meets your requirements (face body legs tail ears). 

  • If have any question about grooming/service that commenced ask us before leaving shop, once stepped out our salon we are no-longer responsible for your pet's condition. If you have any question about the length and styles after leaving salon, please make an appointment and pay the full amount.

  • Except 3pm appointments, all other need to be picked up before 4:30. If you are late, we will charge you late fee of $20 per half hour. If it is less than 0.5 hour, it will be counted as 0.5 hour.

  •  Normally we do not charge any cleaning fee, if your fluffy kids urinate, defecate, vomits, and needs to be bath again, we will charge a cleaning fee range from $5 - $15.

Sunday Cats ONLY

  • To ensure that we are no dog booking on Sunday, we will close our booking system on Sunday. Please call us to make the appointment. If there is no booking by Saturday, we will close on Sunday.

  • To ensure the safety of the cats, we will lock the door. If you find the Open Sign but cannot open the door, it means we are work backside and focus on cat. Please call us to remind. If the sign is CLOSE, it means there is no appointment, and we are not open.
